JOB DESCRIPTION

– Be the main contact between our Vietnam team and other departments/clients in Japan

– Translate and interprete between Japanese – English – Vietnamese; have attention to detail, your task will be to QC all translated materials

– Follow up opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business development activities

– Organise and execute customer care activities – Gather, analyse, and organise information to create Business Development reports – Develop, implement and optimise digital marketing campaigns

– Manage the tasks of comtors (external stakeholders)

– Organise, host and note MM for internal and external meetings

– Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met

– Build and maintain strong relationships both with the internal and external stakeholders

– Be a proactive problem solver

– Report to the Line Manager.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Japanese level: JLPT N2 (≥ 140 scores) and above (excellent command of Japanese, both written and spoken)

– English proficiency level is equal to level B2 and above on the CEFR scale. Candidates must have at least 01 valid certificate as below:

  • TOEIC Listening&Reading ≥ 785
  • TOEIC Speaking&Writing ≥ 310
  • IELTS 6.0 and above
  • TOEFL IBT 72 and above

– Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs

– Outstanding organisational, planning and management skills

– Confident, efficient, self-motivated, result and client orientated, multi-tasker and team-player – Experience year is optional (Freshers are applicable; candidates will join On-job training in the beginning).

– Having experience in Japan culture is a plus.

– Candidates must submit CV in both English and Japanese.
